WHAT TO EXPECT

Appointments

​Discovery call:

We will discuss your immediate concerns and I will explain, from a homeopathic perspective, how we can work together to ease your symptoms.

​
In-depth Consultation:

Once you book your appointment through my website, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice, to be paid two working days before your appointment.

During your consultation we will have up to 90 minutes to discuss your symptoms, and I will take a full medical history, in addition to covering your mental and emotional well-being.

Follow up appointments:

We allow up to 40 minutes for follow up appointments, ideally booked  between 4-6 weeks apart.

In between the appointments I will ask you to notify me of any changes you might experience and I am available to discuss any other concerns or acute illnesses (eg colds, flu etc), that might pop up.

Treatment Plans:

For those who prefer to book a few appointments together, I have created some packages which include a 10% discount.

Payment

After you book your appointment online, you will receive a confirmation email, including an invoice for our appointment, and a link to pay.  

Payment is due 48 hours prior to our appointment, and I would greatly appreciate you doing so promptly. 

I regret that I will not be able to issue any prescriptions until full payment for our appointment has been received.

Cancellations & Amendments

​I can offer amendments to or cancellations of appointments free of charge with 48 hours notice, but unfortunately, full payment is due with less than 48 hours notice.

I will send a reminder of your upcoming appointment, 3 days prior, giving you time to make last minute changes.​

After Your Appointment

​Remedies:

I order all my remedies through Helios Pharmacy.

I send Helios, with your permission, an email following our appointment with your name, email, postal address and prescription.

Helios will send you payment link and, following payment, will post your remedies to you.

I regret I will not be able to issue any prescriptions until full payment for our appointment has been made.

If you can’t get hold of me in an emergency please contact your medical team or the homeopathic help line offers homeopathic advice on the following number: 09065 343 404

All calls are charged at £1.55 per minute plus network extras. Service operates 9am to midnight everyday.
