Introduction
By booking a consultation with Natasha Laing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms cover the entire duration of your engagement with Natasha Laing.

Booking

Confirmation: Booking an appointment confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Time Zone: Ensure you select the correct time zone when booking.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment online if done at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations

Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will incur the full consultation fee.

Emergency: Contact us as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending your consultation.

Consultation

Duration: The consultation will start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals may still end at the appointed time and incur the full fee.

Technical Issues: For online consultations, details will be provided in your confirmation email. We will make all efforts to find alternative methods (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp) if technical issues arise. If all methods fail and it’s an issue our end, no charge will be incurred.

Confidentiality

Data Protection: All personal details and consultation discussions are confidential and will not be shared unless required by law for the protection of life.

Records: We are required by UK law to keep consultation notes for a minimum of 7 years, after which they will be confidentially disposed of.

Ethics: Natasha Laing adheres to the Homeopathy International (HINT) Code of Professional Conduct.

Out of Hours and Emergencies

Support: Reasonable contact is available between consultations via Zoom or email for urgent queries.

Emergency Services: We do not provide emergency services. For emergencies, contact your GP or emergency services immediately.

In a Non-Emergency Situations: where you are unable to reach your practitioner but would still like homeopathic advice, please contact the Homeopathic Helpline on 09065 343404.

Homeopathy and Other Healthcare

Complementary Use: Homeopathy can be used alongside conventional medication. It is your responsibility to inform all healthcare providers about the treatments you receive.

Prescriptions: You will not be asked to stop any medications. Consult your prescribing practitioner before making any changes.

Additional Checks: You may be asked to undergo additional health checks or tests at your own cost.
Prescriptions and Remedies

Obtaining Remedies: Purchase your prescribed remedies from a homeopathic pharmacy or directly from the practitioner if available.
Communications and Marketing

Emails: Your email will be added to our client list for updates on consultations, news, and courses. You can unsubscribe at any time.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance: We will never share or sell your data to third parties.
Payments

Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of the confirmation email or 2 days before the consultation. A payment link will be provided with your invoice, and payment can be made via my website via a debit or credit card.
